My home warranty company sent these guys out. The technician seemed very un interested in fixing my furnace. It seemed like he was guessing what the problem was. Came two consecutive days in a row and did not fix the problem. After the 2nd service call I was told to contact my warranty company again. complete bafoons. These dudes are a joke!!! Had another company come out and the problem was promptly fixed.

Kent come out and fixed our AC this summer when it went out during a 100 degree day. Same day service and my pregnant wife could not be happier!!!! Highly highly recommend!
